NEED TO KNOW

• Kids High Tea is for children aged 2–12 only.

• Feekah reserves the right to request age verification if required.

• All adults and guests aged 13 and above must prepay for a General High Tea (Base Package). An ADULT HighTea must be purchased alongside the Kids HighTea

• This applies to anyone remaining on-site during the booking.

• Split bookings are not permitted.

• We are unable to accommodate a mix of Kids High Tea and à la carte dining in the same booking. All guests staying on-site must book a High Tea package.

• Bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance.

• We are currently unable to accommodate any dietary requirements for Kids High Tea.

• Gluten-free option is not available for Kids High Tea.

• All bookings are prepaid and non-refundable - Payments are forfeited in the event of cancellations or no-shows.

• Leftovers are not encouraged to be taken away, however you are welcome to purchase extra takeaway containers on the day-  Guests accept full responsibility once food leaves the premises.

• Menu items, pricing, and inclusions are subject to change.

• Our team will be present throughout your booking. To allow you and your guests to enjoy a relaxed experience, staff may not remain at the table continuously, however they will check in time to time.

• If anything is missing or if there are any concerns regarding food, drinks, service or timing, please notify a staff member as soon as possible so it can be addressed immediately while you are still with us.

• Any concerns must be raised during the booking. Once the Hightea has concluded and guests have departed, we are unable to accommodate complaints, refunds, or credits for items or services that were not brought to our attention at the time.
