Our Licencing Model
Feekah operates under a licensing model, offering more flexibility than a traditional franchise
while maintaining strong brand standards.
You own and operate your business day to day. Feekah provides the brand, menu systems,
marketing support, training, and key product supply to ensure consistency and quality.
Licensed Venue Formats
Feekah offers two licensed venue formats to suit different locations, footprints, and investment levels.
Model 1: Feekah Signature Café
(Dine-In + High Tea + Events)
Best suited for lifestyle precincts, destination cafés and high-foot-traffic locations with strong weekend and event demand.

This is the full Feekah experience, offering dine-in seating, signature styling, full cake cabinet, drinks menu, and dedicated high tea and private function offerings.

Initial Investment
• Fit-out investment from $200,000 (site dependent)
• Training fee: $11,000 (4 weeks, up to 4 people)

• Full dine-in café layout
• High tea and private function capability
• Expanded kitchen and back-of-house
• Full cake cabinet and drinks program
• Complete Feekah menu and event formats

Model 2: Feekah Express (Coffee, Cakes & Desserts)
Best suited for shopping centres, compact sites, and high-volume retail locations.

A streamlined Feekah format focused on coffee, cakes, desserts, and takeaway, with limited or no dine-in and no high tea service.

• Fit-out investment from $100,000 (site dependent)
• Training fee: $11,000 (4 weeks, up to 4 people)

• Compact service counter and display
• Coffee, cake, and dessert-focused menu
• Smaller back-of-house and equipment set-up
• Core Feekah styling and brand assets

Key revenue drivers
• High-volume coffee sales
• Cake and dessert takeaway
• Strong weekday and impulse trade
Ongoing Fees
• License fee: $1,000 per week (fixed) for Feekah Signature Model
• License fee: $750 per week (fixed) for Feekah Express Model
• Marketing fee: $500 per feature across all social platforms
• Product supply: Coffee, cabinet cakes, and selected raw materials supplied directly by Feekah

IDEAL LICENSE PARTNERS
We partner with hands-on operators who value consistency, presentation, and customer experience. Hospitality experience is helpful but not essential, provided systems are followed and strong leadership is in place.
LOCATION & SITE APPROVAL
All proposed sites are reviewed and approved by Feekah to ensure brand alignment, operational viability, and commercial performance.
